Cologix Columbus Data Centers
Columbus, Ohio is one of Cologix’s largest US markets. Its four data centers there total about 500,000 square feet and 80 MW and are linked by a diverse fiber ring, which makes Cologix the largest colocation and interconnection provider in Columbus by its own count. The newest, COL4, is a 256,000-square-foot Scalelogix building on nine acres off Alta View and Worthington Woods boulevards, with 50 MW across three data halls; Cologix describes it as the first AI-ready colocation data center in the region. Cologix has also bought about 154 acres in Central Ohio for an eight-building, AI-ready campus of up to 800 MW, and its Columbus capacity was reported to be hosting a large AI computing installation for Lambda.

Cologix Minneapolis: The 511 Building
In Minneapolis, Cologix runs five data halls, MIN1 to MIN5, inside the 511 Building at 511 11th Avenue South, the city’s main carrier hotel. MIN1 is the building’s meet-me room, where the region’s networks interconnect, so Cologix Minneapolis is the natural home for network equipment, cloud on-ramps and enterprises that need many carriers. MIN5 is the newest hall.
Cologix Ashburn Data Center
Cologix entered Northern Virginia with ASH1, a three-story Scalelogix data center in Ashburn with 120 MW across 455,000 square feet, preleased to a major global technology company. Cologix has also planned three more data centers totaling nearly one million square feet on 22.6 acres at Beaumeade Corporate Park. For the rest of the market, see Virginia data centers.
Cologix New Jersey Data Centers
Cologix operates four data centers in Northern New Jersey, NNJ1 to NNJ4, with more than 230,000 square feet of usable space for enterprise colocation, cloud and business continuity within reach of New York. NNJ3 is at 200 Webro Road in Parsippany, formerly Net Access’s Parsippany I, and NNJ2 is at 9 Wing Drive in Cedar Knolls. Cologix Dallas
In Dallas, Cologix operates suites in the Infomart at 1950 Stemmons Freeway, one of the city’s main interconnection buildings, and has expanded there. See Dallas colocation for the full market.

Cologix Silicon Valley

Cologix in Canada: Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver
Cologix operates 22 data centers in Canada. Cologix Montreal is the largest group, with 12 data centers including the carrier hotel at 1250 René-Lévesque West. Cologix Toronto has 5, including the Scalelogix TOR4 in Markham, an 11 MW building Cologix took full ownership of in 2026; TOR4 and TOR5 offer 14 MW together. Scalelogix: Cologix for Hyperscale and AI
Scalelogix is Cologix’s line of large, hyperscale edge data centers, built next to its interconnection hubs so large tenants get both scale and network access. Cologix lists seven current and planned Scalelogix buildings in Ashburn, Columbus, Silicon Valley, Toronto and Montreal, totaling about 1.5 million square feet and 285 MW, with direct on-ramps to the major clouds.
