CoreSite Data Centers
Locations in Los Angeles, Reston, Silicon Valley, Denver, New York, Chicago, Miami, Boston, Atlanta and Orlando, and How to Get Space
CoreSite runs 30 data centers in 11 US markets, from One Wilshire and LA2 in Los Angeles to its Reston campus and nine buildings in Silicon Valley. We find the CoreSite space that fits your power, cloud connections and date.
Price My CoreSite RequirementSearches for CoreSite data centers usually come from one of three buyers: an enterprise that needs colocation close to its offices or customers, a cloud-heavy team that wants private connections to AWS, Azure and Google in the same building as its hardware, or a larger AI or wholesale tenant looking at CoreSite’s newer buildings. This page covers every CoreSite market and facility, the Open Cloud Exchange, who owns the company, and how to get space at the right rate. If another provider fits your requirement better, we will say so.

CoreSite Los Angeles Data Centers: LA1, LA2 and LA3
LA1 is in One Wilshire at 624 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles’s main carrier hotel and one of the most connected buildings on the West Coast. CoreSite LA2 is at 900 North Alameda, a building built in 1940 as a postal annex and has been converted to data center space; LA3 is next to it on Bauchet Street. CoreSite runs its own fiber between LA1 and LA2 and LA3, so tenants can put equipment in the larger buildings while reaching One Wilshire’s networks. That pairing is why LA2 is one of the most searched CoreSite facilities. See Los Angeles colocation for the full market.

CoreSite Reston Data Centers: VA1, VA2 and VA3
CoreSite’s Northern Virginia campus is in Reston on Sunrise Valley Drive: VA1 at 12100, VA2 at 12098, and VA3 at 12369, built on a 22-acre lot CoreSite bought in 2018 to extend the campus. Reston sits a short drive from the Ashburn cluster with its own ecosystem of networks and cloud on-ramps. CoreSite also runs DC1 at 1099 14th Street NW in downtown Washington. See Virginia data centers and Washington DC colocation.
CoreSite Denver Data Centers: DE1, DE2 and DE3
CoreSite is headquartered in Denver, and DE1 at 910 15th Street is one of the city’s main interconnection points. DE2 is at 639 East 18th Avenue. DE3, at 4900 Race Street, is a 180,000-square-foot building targeted to open in 2026, the first of three planned buildings on a 14-acre campus totaling about 322,000 square feet, and the first purpose-built data center in Denver in more than 20 years. Denver approved a one-year moratorium on new data center developments in May 2026, after DE3 was already under construction. See Denver colocation.

The newest, SV9 at 2915 Stender Way, was completed in 2026 with 228,000 square feet and 34 MW, built for AI and cloud workloads. See San Francisco and Silicon Valley colocation.

CoreSite New York Data Centers: NY1, NY2 and NY3
CoreSite NY1, Manhattan
NY1 is at 32 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan, a carrier-neutral building for companies that need a New York City address, dense carrier connectivity and Open Cloud Exchange access. CoreSite NY2 and NY3, 2 Emerson Lane, Secaucus
CoreSite Secaucus is two buildings, NY2 and NY3, sharing a campus at 2 Emerson Lane in Secaucus, New Jersey, near the Secaucus financial ecosystem. NY3 opened in September 2025, adding more than 138,000 square feet with current-generation power and cooling, liquid cooling for AI workloads, and peering through CoreSite’s Any2Exchange. Specifications and pricing differ between the two buildings, so compare both. See NYC metro data centers.
CoreSite Chicago, Miami, Boston, Atlanta and Orlando
CoreSite Chicago
CH1 is at 427 South LaSalle Street in downtown Chicago, and CH2 is a purpose-built data center at 1432 South Clinton Street. See Chicago colocation.

CoreSite Boston, Atlanta and Orlando
BO1 at 70 Inner Belt Road in Somerville is less than two miles from downtown Boston and Cambridge; see Boston data centers. AT1 and AT2 serve Atlanta, with AT2 in Marietta; see Atlanta colocation. CoreSite Orlando, OR1 at 9701 South John Young Parkway, serves Central Florida.
The CoreSite Open Cloud Exchange
The Open Cloud Exchange is CoreSite’s platform for private connections from your equipment to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle and IBM, so traffic between your hardware and your cloud accounts never crosses the public internet. It matters most when a lot of data moves between colocation and cloud: hybrid architectures, cloud repatriation where some workloads stay in the cloud, AI training that pulls from cloud storage, and media workflows. CoreSite also runs Any2Exchange, an internet exchange for peering. See hybrid cloud colocation, cloud repatriation and data center connectivity.
For AI deployments, NY3 and SV9 are CoreSite’s newest buildings for high-density and liquid-cooled racks. See AI and GPU colocation and direct to chip cooling, or GPU rental if renting capacity makes more sense than owning it.
Send the GPU model or megawatts, power per rack, market and date. You'll hear back within 24 hours. The provider you choose pays us, so it costs you nothing.

CoreSite Pricing
CoreSite does not publish list prices. A quote depends on the market, the facility, the power per cabinet, the number of cabinets or the size of the suite, the term, and the cross-connects and cloud ports you need. Carrier hotel space like One Wilshire usually costs more per kilowatt than larger buildings like LA2, and newer halls like NY3 and SV9 can price differently from older ones in the same market. Compare any CoreSite quote with the ranges on our colocation pricing guide, and for a megawatt or more, see wholesale colocation and the terms that matter in a data center lease.
